Shipping policy

Where we ship: Australia only.

Printed to order in Brisbane. Every HTT tee is printed after you order it, by our print partner in Brisbane. Printing takes about 3 business days, and the whole trip is usually 6 to 10 business days from order to your door. These are estimates, not guarantees. Rural and remote addresses, and November and December, can take longer.

Postage: A$9.95 per order, tracked, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: we email your tracking number when your order ships. If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels; you pay postage once.

Christmas: order by Monday 7 December 2026 for the best chance of delivery before 25 December.

Delays: if your order is held up (for example, a blank is out of stock), we'll email you with a new date and offer a full refund if you'd rather not wait.

Wrong address: check it at checkout and email us straight away if it's wrong. We can often fix it before printing. If a parcel goes to an address you entered by mistake, we'll help recover it, but resending may cost extra. If the mistake was ours, we fix it free.

Lost parcels: if tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or it says delivered and it isn't there (check with neighbours first), email us your order number. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you choose a free reprint or a full refund including postage.

Damaged parcels: email your order number and photos. We'll reprint or refund.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
