  1. Promoter. Callipari-Perrett Pty Limited (ACN 638 492 976, ABN 15 638 492 976), trading as HTT · Here To Train (heretotrain.com.au), 88 Uplands Terrace, Wynnum QLD 4178. Email: heretotrainhq@outlook.com.
  2. Promotion period. The promotion opens at 12:00 am AEST on 16 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 27 October 2027. All times are Brisbane time (AEST).
  3. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, except residents of Western Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families (spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling), and anyone involved in running the promotion, cannot enter.
  4. How to enter. Subscribe to the HTT email list at heretotrain.com.au (the sign-up form, or the email marketing tick box at checkout). Entry is free and no purchase is needed. Each person gets one entry in each monthly draw if they are subscribed at the close of that month's entry period, including people who subscribed before the promotion opened. Extra sign-ups with other email addresses do not create extra entries, and the Promoter may remove duplicate, fake or automated entries.
  5. Entry periods and draws. There are 11 draws. The first entry period runs from the opening of the promotion to 11:59 pm AEST on 27 December 2026. After that, each entry period runs from 12:00 am AEST on the 28th of one month to 11:59 pm AEST on the 27th of the next. Each draw takes place at 12:00 pm AEST on the 28th of the month at 88 Uplands Terrace, Wynnum QLD 4178. The draws are on 28 December 2026, and 28 January, 28 February, 28 March, 28 April, 28 May, 28 June, 28 July, 28 August, 28 September and 28 October 2027.
  6. Draw method. Each draw is made at random by a computer random number generator from all eligible entries, so every entry has an equal chance. The Promoter records the result. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in deciding the winner.
  7. Prizes. There is one prize per draw: one HTT t-shirt in the winner's choice of available design, fit (oversized or standard) and size, valued at up to A$65 (including GST; oversized A$65, standard A$60). The total prize pool is up to A$715 (including GST). Delivery to an Australian address is free; the winner pays no fee of any kind. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a chosen item is unavailable, the Promoter will offer an item of equal or greater value with the winner's agreement.
  8. Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw (and always within 7 days). The prize will be dispatched within 28 days of the draw once the winner confirms their design, fit, size and postal address.
  9. Publication of winners. The winner's first name, last initial and state will be published at heretotrain.com.au/pages/draw-winners within 2 business days of each draw and kept there for at least 28 days.
  10. Unclaimed prizes and redraw. If a winner has not replied within 14 days of notification, the prize is forfeited. It will be redrawn at 12:00 pm AEST on the 15th day after the original draw (or the next business day) at the same address, by the same method, from the remaining eligible entries in that draw. The redraw winner is notified and published in the same way and also has 14 days to claim; if unclaimed, a further redraw follows on the same terms.
  11. Records. The Promoter keeps records of entries, draws and winners for at least 3 years.
  12. Privacy and marketing. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from HTT · Here To Train. Your name and email are used to run the draw, contact winners, and send you HTT news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; this removes you from future draws but not from any draw already closed. We will not sell or share your details with anyone except the services that run our store and email (for example Shopify), our print partner, and the delivery provider for winners.   13. Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries lost or delayed due to technical faults outside its control.
  14. Changes. The Promoter will not change these terms or cancel the promotion once it opens, except as allowed by the relevant state and territory regulators.
  15. No permits required. This is a free-entry trade promotion with a total prize value under the permit threshold in every Australian state and territory in which it is open.
  16. Not affiliated. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any gym, fitness business, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.
